So, give us some history on Tehvyn Goodwin:
Tehvyn Goodwin: I started building four-wheel drive rigs with my Dad when I was about ten. We entered a rock crawling building world-wide competition in Hollister Hills, CA called Top Truck Challenge. Only ten people are voted in throughout the world and we were one of the lucky ones. I went on a ride with Bill Payne in his monster truck and that changed my life and made me want to become a monster truck driver.
How did you get started competing in Monster Truck racing?
Tehvyn Goodwin: Through Ed Miller. Ed started working with Bill and recommended me to come work for the team so I jumped at the chance. I also had to one up my Dad by being a monster truck driver instead of a rock buggy driver.
What do you enjoy doing while on the road the most?
Tehvyn Goodwin: Talking to all the younger kids at the show and seeing how excited they are.
What do you do with your free time?
Tehvyn Goodwin: When I am at home I spend time hanging out with my family. On the road I like relaxing and going swimming in the pools.
What is your greatest memory as a Monster Truck driver?
Tehvyn Goodwin: The greatest memory I have currently is my very first introduction in the California Kid. I had the biggest grin on my face.
Do you have any pre-show rituals that you run though?
Tehvyn Goodwin: I take deep breaths and sit and talk to myself and try to picture what is going to go happen on the track.
If you were not competing what career path would you follow?
Tehvyn Goodwin: I'd be a builder making all aluminum boats for the Coast Guard.

What’s your favorite movie?
Tehvyn Goodwin: Never Back Down
What’s your favorite television show?
